Cleaner and Efficient Energy Options
Americans, every day, commute to work and do a number of things that require sources of reliable and abundant energy. One source of abundant American energy is natural gas. It’s used to generate power, fuel our transportation needs, and serve as a critical building block in American manufacturing. Through each of these uses, natural gas is reducing emissions, lowering the cost of energy and creating jobs.
Natural gas burns cleaner than the dominant energy source for power generation with 80% fewer NOx emissions, and virtually no sulfur dioxide, mercury or particulate pollution. In addition to renewable energy sources, Natural Gas also plays a crucial role for cities and states transitioning to cleaner energy.

According to the Congressional Research Service, if we doubled the utilization of combined cycle natural gas capacity to 85%, we could displace about 19% of the CO2 emissions associated with coal power, or approximately 636 million metric tons of CO2. This amounts to an 8.8% reduction of all CO2 emissions in the U.S.
Natural gas facilities have attractive “life cycle” economics compared with other fuels. Faster and cheaper construction and better operating efficiency with natural gas can mean lower rates for electric power consumers. In addition, according to Black & Veatch, the average combined cycle natural gas plant is approximately 39%-58% more efficient than existing coal generation capacity and the older coal-fired plants.
Invictus Energy Solutions has partnered with companies which utilize innovative and proprietary natural gas extraction technologies. These new shale-specific exploration technologies, which are minimally invasive, ease lingering concerns about the environmental impacts of hydraulic shale gas and oil extraction techniques by replacing them with extraction methods which primarily utilize propane which is a naturally occurring hydrocarbon.
These state-of-the-art new technologies and innovations are run by head-of-their-class operating personnel. Our waterless fracturing method increases initial production rates which helps to establish production much sooner than traditional fracturing methods. Moreover, we have the ability to recover 100% of the fracturing fluids within days of stimulation thereby creating economic and environmental benefits for the community and the industry.
Invictus Energy Solutions (IES) supports energy independence and the development of cleaner energy. IES encourages viable renewable and cleaner energy to power a stronger America.
